Well I'm over a week into my training. So far, single, double, and triple daily workouts!
Chief climbs, stair repeats, road biking (new sport for me), trail runs, road runs, and strength training! Fitting workouts into the day before work, and after work hasn't been a problem...yet :)
Oh and the best part-eating so many yummy foods!
Not so best part-my grocery bills!
