I did 3hrs Friday. Two hours before work 1hr after work. Saturday I did 5hrs out in the trails. The last hour of the 5 was power walking mind you, but still.
This week:
Monday: Double Chief
Tuesday: Road bike 1 1/2hrs
Wednesday: 1 1/2 hr flat run
Thursday: Technical downhill sprints 1 1/2hrs.
Friday: Rest!!!!
Sat: 3hrs Trail
Sun: 2hrs Trail
I still have 5 months to go-so its only going to get nuttier!!!!
